Embark on a private day trip from Montreal where you will explore an authentic Quebec Sugar Shack farm, see the process of how maple syrup is made from extraction to bottling, and enjoy an all you can eat lunch buffet at the farm. Begin your day being picked up from any downtown Montreal hotel. Once you are settled in the air-conditioned car you will begin your journey towards the Sugar Shack farm. Upon arrival, marvel at the natural beauty of the farm around you. Follow your guide around the farm where you will learn about maple trees and how maple syrup is made from them. Fun fact: Canada produces about 80% of the world’s pure maple syrup, and Québec alone makes up over 90% of the country’s production.  Once your tour around the farm is complete, feast on a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet lunch. After lunch, you will make your journey back to downtown Montreal where your driver will drop you off at your hotel.
