Join an award-winning food writer and Michelin Star-trained Chef for a hybrid cooking class and 3-course tasting menu. Each course will tell the savory story of a different Montreal food culture - Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and/or Quebecois. But this is not your normal follow-a-menu affair...each guest will collaborate on one course, learning the professional techniques behind creating a balanced and beautiful - for example, searing, pan-roasting, oven poaching and plating. Guests may add a matching 3-glass matching tasting of artisanal wineries (and some superb craft beer) or a non-alcoholic cocktail and rare/vintage tea tasting as an added-price option.
